This policy explains what information we collect when you deal with us through our website, WhatsApp, phone or email, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it. We make corrugated boxes and packaging for businesses. We only collect what we need to quote, take and deliver your orders.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, company name, phone number, email, delivery address and GST number.
Order details: box sizes, quantities, prints, rates, delivery dates, invoices and payments.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, including through our WhatsApp Business number and the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) run by Meta, and any forms you fill in inside WhatsApp.
Website form entries: what you type into the enquiry form or the Box Studio on this website.

We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords or government ID numbers through our website or WhatsApp.

How we use it

To send you quotes, confirm orders, arrange delivery and issue GST invoices.
To send you order updates, delivery information and payment reminders on WhatsApp.
Occasionally, to tell existing customers about stock sizes or offers. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP.
To keep the accounting and tax records Indian law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we use to run our business: Meta (WhatsApp) to deliver messages, our hosting and database providers to store order records, our transport staff to deliver your goods, and our accountant and tax authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires (normally 8 years). Messages and contact details that are not part of an invoice are deleted on request, or when they are no longer needed.

Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To do this, send a WhatsApp message to 97377 09579 or email [email protected] with the words "delete my data" and the phone number you used with us. We will confirm within 7 working days. Records we must keep by law (such as GST invoices) are kept until that period ends and then deleted.

To stop WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP to any message.

Security

Our records are kept in password-protected systems that only our staff can use. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For any question about your information, contact Next Door Packaging Solutions LLP, Mumbai — WhatsApp 97377 09579 or [email protected].
